This bakery and cafeteria is located in the center of the city of Odessa, in Ukraine, and besides offering a pleasant atmosphere to enjoy breakfast and lunch, it has bakery products to take away. The architects in charge of the project, Lera Brumina and Artem Trigubchak, were in charge of creating a cozy space from a palette of bright and contrasting colors and textures. The enclosure is divided into three parts according to its function; a fast selling area in blue, the sector waiting in the center in pink and a light gray area to sit down for a coffee. The enclosure has 85 m², high ceilings and large windows, characteristics used in the design that emphasizes natural light using bright tiles and chandeliers made to measure, as well as built-in furniture that saves space.
