São Paulo, 2019 – Creating a concept and an environmental identity for a new coworking in the São Paulo capital, with the proposal to print a modern and urban language, was the party of the team of Dea! Design for the visual communication project of The Corner.

As the brand guideline prioritized the use of strong colors, the visual communication project was influenced by urban life. The main applications were paint and vinyl. For this transformation a striking language was used in the application of the paintings, developing them as signage and bringing vibrant colors to the space. The painting finishes were defined for each piece individually and in the place to be applied. And in counterpoint the vinyl was applied in directionals with only text and as door markings.

To meet the client’s needs, we prioritized layouts of pieces that were quick to produce, low cost, and had a greater visual impact on the space. Since The Corner featured separate buildings, a color rationale was created for all four buildings. And for the areas that had more corridors, pieces were produced to mark the doors, counterpointing the architecture of an ethereal and white space. The paint production was developed exclusively with the brand’s Pantone®, such as purple, blue and orange, and the language of the spaces is marked by these colors.

In addition, interventions were made in the project to signaling (directory, indication of environments, warning signs, ambiance of the collaborative areas, reception, interaction surfaces for frequenters (contact disposition panels), application of logo on the facade, pedestrian signaling for access to the different buildings and external signaling for people on bicycles and scooters.
