我们根据业主的要求，从与居住质量直接相关的私密性出发，形成了本项目的独特性，所有房屋的面积都由双层表皮定义，拥抱整个空间的主白色表皮墙被设置为私密性的栅栏，并以此向街道表达一些象征性的元素信息，但如果我们反过来看空间，它没有明显的墙线，但却显示出这堵栅栏墙后的热闹。

上层功能界定了墙面的空隙节奏，实心墙面关系到私密性，即使开墙也考虑到不破坏后面的私密性，而且由于二墙边界的偏移线在这二者之间留出了空隙，自然光可以营造出良好的温度氛围，垂直花园也可以成为上层的全景。
