这片用地的周边是一个古老的住宅林立的地区，虽然看不到远处的景色，但是北边相邻的栽种却成了邻居的围墙。这是一个以邻居的栽植为线索，利用南北狭长的地皮建造有中庭的球场小屋的计划
除了儿童房间以外，其他房间都设置在一楼，餐厅、厨房和主卧室以中庭为中心连接在一起。是一种截面结构，将有儿童室的南部道路侧设为2层，朝北建筑物的高度变低。

The area around this site is lined with old houses, and although you cannot see the scenery in the distance, the planting on the neighboring land on the north side is a blindfold for the neighboring house.Using the planting of this neighboring land as a clue, the plan was to make use of the long site from north to south to create a courtyard with a courtyard.
The rooms other than the children’s room are located on the first floor, and the dining room and kitchen are connected to the master bedroom centering on the courtyard.
The road side in the south where the children’s room is located is a two-story building, and the height of the building decreases toward the north.
