570平方米的LAC房屋自建成以来已经进行了一些翻修，但随着新居民的到来，有必要再进行一次大的翻修。该项目位于一个以住宅为主的社区，它试图加强周围的环境，并利用缺乏建筑物的优势。通过大量的结构加固，在屋顶上开发了一个大型天台，用来接待朋友和欣赏风景。
The 570 m2 LAC house had already undergone some renovations since its construction, but with the arrival of the new residents, another major renovation was necessary. Located in a predominantly residential neighborhood, the project sought to enhance its surroundings and take advantage of the lack of buildings. With a significant structural reinforcement, a large rooftop was developed on the roof, to receive friends and enjoy the view.
该项目的材料开发是为了创造一个更清醒的氛围，但不失舒适。客厅里的木质天花板是负责平衡气氛的主要元素，并打破了灰黑色调的冷漠。
The materiality of the project was developed to create a more sober atmosphere, but without losing comfort. The wood ceiling in the living room is the main element responsible for balancing the atmosphere, and breaking the coldness of the gray and black palette.
在房子的社交部分，墙壁被拆除，以便更好地整合环境，并能够创建一个双起居室，与餐厅整合。外部区域的设计是为了接待客人，有一个大桌子和岛。
In the social part of the house, the walls were demolished to better integrate the environments and make it possible to create a double living room, integrated to the dining room. The external area was designed to receive guests, with a large table and island.
对于上层，主要的重点是主人套房，整合现有的两个卧室，创造一个宽敞的环境。为了避免影响空间，衣柜被设计在背面和侧面的墙壁上，留下大部分空间作为一个小的生活和冥想区。材料遵循项目其他部分的相同特性，采用更沉稳的色调，但通过天然木皮的橱柜而变得温暖。
For the upper floor the main focus was the master suite, by integrating two existing bedrooms, a spacious environment was created. To avoid compromising the space, the closet was designed on the back and side walls, leaving most of the room free for a small living and meditation area. The materiality follows the same identity as the rest of the project, with more sober tones, but warmed up by the cabinets in natural wood veneer.
