Crosby Studios designed the restaurant, which specializes in meat from Moscow, and uses the flavor of smoked beef to reproduce the industrial decoration of a slaughterhouse with a refined and international style. The site is 100 square meters and is surrounded by a central wall that separates the kitchen from the table. Everything is covered with corrugated cardboard. The material is also covered in front of the bar. The edge of some tables and the disc-shaped base of the ceiling light are hung in different angle. At the back of the restaurant, a series of concrete steps with dark mats were placed, providing the diners with a more relaxed area to enjoy the food; and then back, two cylindrical volumes covered with white tiles were hidden in the bathroom.
