Integration was the key word and the main concept for the development of this project. At the request of the owners, a young couple, without children and who like to receive, the architect Nildo José transformed the segmented apartment with traditional layout into a spacious and integrated apartment.
该项目的出发点是用板条木的门廊，它将社交区和私密区分开。这个元素覆盖了家里的电视墙，隐藏了通往套房的门，最后与餐厅的板条面板和谐地相接。
The project's starting point was the portico in slatted wood that separates the social area from the intimate area. The element covers the TV wall of the home, hiding the door that gives access to the suites and ends harmoniously meeting the slatted panel of the dining room.
除了客厅与餐厅和家庭融为一体外，厨房也通过一扇可以根据居民的意愿打开或关闭的滑动门与洗衣房融为一体。随着改革和对空间的更好利用，这套最初只有两间套房的公寓，现在在亲密的区域有三间套房。
Besides the living room being integrated to the dining room and to the home, the kitchen was also integrated to the laundry room through a sliding door that can be opened or closed, according to the will of the residents. With the renovation and better use of the spaces, the apartment, which initially had two suites, now has three suites in the intimate area.

Another important element for the development of the project was the bench in the area that divides the terrace and the dining room. It was thought and created to enhance and frame the view of the apartment's terrace, providing moments of contemplation and relaxation. The presence of wood and the integration of the environments resulted in a cozy, spacious apartment with a terrace that invites you to see São Paulo from above.
