This duplex is located in the prestigious One Za'abeel district in Dubai. On the ground floor, there is a double-height living room with 7-meter-high ceilings, panoramic windows, and a stunning view of Dubai. There is also a convenient kitchen and a home office. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms and bathrooms.
设计的主要目标是在公共区域营造大胆、大胆、艺术化的室内装饰，同时使卧室变得柔和、中性、有包覆性。这些公寓主要用于短期访问、休闲、鸡尾酒会以及与朋友一起打 DJ。迪拜夜晚五彩斑斓的灯光与独具特色的家具相得益彰，这些家具专为对舒适度和美感有较高要求的成熟、旅行达人而设计。
The main goal was to create a bold, daring, artistic interior in the public areas, while making the bedrooms soft, neutral, and enveloping. These apartments are intended to be used for short-term visits, for relaxation, cocktail parties, and DJ sets with friends. The colorful lights of nighttime Dubai perfectly complement the vibrant strokes of unique furniture pieces, designed for sophisticated, well-traveled individuals with high expectations for comfort and beauty.
从一开始，设计师就设想将当代艺术作为室内装饰的焦点。Alisa Gorelova 的 “Tightness ”系列中一件引人注目的作品成为用餐区的主色调，为整个室内空间定下了生动的艺术基调。色彩搭配、形状、材料和纹理都围绕着这件生动的抽象作品展开。

From the outset, the designers envisioned contemporary art as the focal point of the interiors, and a striking piece from Alisa Gorelova's 'Tightness' collection became the dominant color in the dining area, setting a lively artistic tone throughout the interior. The color palette, shapes, materials and textures all revolve around this vivid abstract piece.
Designer Worked on this project for almost a year, carefully curating a series of works by young artists that reflect my vision, intersecting not only through clear beams of color, but also through thematic depth and subtext.
客厅的设计以大胆的大型装饰品为中心。标志性的 Edra 沙发、来自 Moooi 的令人惊叹的 3D 效果地毯、造型复杂的彩色餐桌（来自 Zanotta 系列的新颖产品）以及非常舒适的 Poliform 皮革扶手椅。这种精心设计的环境既能让人进行亲密交谈，又能让人静静地欣赏窗外的城市风景，将舒适与城市活力融为一体。
The living room design centers around bold, large accent pieces. The iconic Edra sofa, stunning 3D-effect rugs from Moooi, a complex-shaped and colored dining table — a novelty from Zanotta's collection — and the very comfortable leather armchair from Poliform. This carefully curated setting encourages intimate conversations or quiet contemplation of the cityscape beyond, blending comfort with urban energy.
二楼走廊的布置尤为突出，一张贵妃椅与一张 I4Mariani 桌子搭配在一起。一件非常规的艺术品--玛丽亚-费多罗娃（Maria Fedorova）的金属长颈鹿与扇子--装饰着墙壁，将图像、声音和运动融为一体。楼梯上的复古地毯是在迪拜的一个市场上买的，与鲜艳的 CCTapis 地毯相结合，突出了文化的融合，与客厅里大胆的图案形成了明显的对比。
The composition in the second-floor hallway is a particular highlight, where a chaise lounge is paired with an I4Mariani table. A very unconventional art object — a metal giraffe with a fan by Maria Fedorova — adorns the wall, combining image, sound, and movement. The combination of a vintage rug on the staircase, bought at a market in Dubai, and a bright CCTapis rug underscores the fusion of cultures, drawing a clear parallel with the bold graphics in the living room.
在卧室中，设计师选择了略带金属光泽的灰色调，辅以丝绸的光滑和抛光皮革的闪亮。这种舒缓的环境能让人从喧嚣的城市中脱离出来，恢复平衡，迎接新的一天。
For the bedroom, the designer chose a slightly metallic gray palette, complemented by the smoothness of silk and the shimmer of polished leather. This soothing environment provides a break from the hustle and bustle of the city, restoring balance and welcoming a new day.
