The house is characteristic of the description of the traditional house par excellence in the town of Quesa.
It starts from the premise of making an integral restoration, starting from the repair and consolidation of the structural system in wood, and modifying the position of the staircase.
The program is segregated into two levels. On the ground floor of the house is the day area along with the main room while the first floor houses the other bedrooms. Through a patio we find the summer kitchen.
The main facade is resolved with white monolayer mortar, opening the new holes with the appropriate dimensions to enhance the tectonic and monolithic character of the house.
In the interior spaces materials with textures and tonalities were used that sought to generate a balanced composition with the white planes of walls and ceilings. The stone wall was discovered during the construction of the work and it was decided to put in value by means of a low light that emphasized its rugged character.
