The project aims to transform a four-storey office building placed between dividing walls in a residential building with offices for lease. The new building must optimize the number of flats in relation to the investment demand for housing and the small chances of regulations.

街道的狭窄性和相邻的外墙的接近性为形式和设计方面提供了条件。城市法规和可居住性也影响着解决方案。为了给建筑一个新的外观,需要从根本上改变当前的门面解决方案。

The narrowness of the street and the proximity of neighboring facades conditions formal and design aspects. The urban regulations and habitability also influence the solution. Facade solution that radically transform the current is required in order to give the building a new look.

Vertical painted table composition relates to existing galleries, as it combines fullness and emptiness. The exterior facade acts as a screen in which spaces and boards create three strips per plant that leave 1 meter high holes. The floor to ceiling practicable Windows will appear behind this and keeping its module.
