The house is situated close to the sea with a great view in this direction. While it folds out towards the horizon, it is also broken up to relate to the scale of existing buildings close by.
建筑物也有一部分隐藏在地下，以便让后边的邻居们能看到无遮挡的海景。
The building is also partly hidden under ground in order to allow for unobstructed sea views for neighbors on the back side.
