VERDIN是一家现代的、聪明的食品餐厅，优先消费当地的、季节性的、有机产品。它采用了避免营养损失和一般浪费的烹饪方法。健康、功能、实用和可持续，食物是每天制作和加工的。该餐厅有3层。地下室有一个设备齐全的厨房，在街道上有一个带食品展示的公共服务区，三楼有库存。
VERDIN is a contemporary, smart food restaurant that prioritizes the consumption of local, seasonal, organic products. It uses culinary practices that avoid nutritional losses and waste in general. Healthy, functional, practical, and sustainable, the food is made and processed daily. The restaurant has 3 floors. There is a fully-equipped kitchen in the basement, a public service area with food displays on the street level, and stock on the third floor.
这个大厅非常小，设计得很客观–产品展示在入口的方向，付款和服务面向入口，消费的桌子在序列中。桌子由一个半透明的有线玻璃屏保护，将休息室与人行道隔开。钢和玻璃的外墙在某种程度上遵循了一种工业和现代的语言。
The hall, with its lean dimensions, was treated in an objective way – product display in the direction of the access, payment and service facing the entrance and tables for consumption in the sequence. The tables are protected by a wired and translucent glass cloth that separates the saloon from the sidewalk. The steel and glass facade follows, in a certain way, an industrial and contemporary language.
我们决定在常客和地板之间建立一种关系。除了其六边形的形状与餐厅的标志相同外，这块液压砖还能够让卡里奥卡人穿越时空。这种涂料经常被用于里约热内卢的老式豪宅中。通过这种方式，我们力求刺激大多数顾客的童年记忆。从那里，口味将导致想象中的宇宙的新惊喜。
We decided to establish a relationship between the frequenters and the floor. Besides its hexagonal shape being the same as the restaurant’s logo, the hydraulic tile is capable of making cariocas travel back in time. This coating was widely used in old mansions in Rio de Janeiro. This way, we try to stimulate childhood memories in most of the customers. From there, the flavors will lead to new surprises of the imaginary universe.
休息室中暴露的植被，加强了人与自然之间的关系，以及对木材等自然覆盖物的使用。
The vegetation exposed in the saloon, reinforces the relationship between man and nature, as well as the use of natural coverings such as wood.
总的来说，该项目呈现出一种复数的语言。家具的选择和材料的使用在其原始构成中促进了一个独特的环境–简单、实用、自然和舒适。
In general, the project presents a plural language. The choice of furniture and the use of materials in its original composition promote a unique environment – simple, functional, natural, and cozy.
