新媒体媒介使得信息传播畅通无阻，年轻人聚于高颜值的活动空间已不再是一二线城市青年的独享。相比较而言，高颜值的空间也不亚于优秀商品对年轻人的吸引力。枣庄作为山东省新兴旅游城市，特色服务行业的需求在持续增加。
The new media has made the information dissemination unimpeded. The young people gather in gorgeous space is no longer exclusive to the youth in first-tier and second-tier cities. Comparatively speaking, the space with high face value is no less attractive to young people than excellent commodities. Zaozhuang, as a new tourist city in Shandong Province, has a growing demand for characteristic service industries.
项目的选址位于一个小区的门口，周边多为生活便利店，原址为荒废的商铺门面，毫无生命力。该项目旨在创造一个咖啡店和设计工作室的结合。甲方希望工作室足够开放与包容，打破私密的工作室空间。与传统的设计工作室不同，二者的结合有了更有趣味的联动，客户在此处能以更休闲的方式享受设计的服务。如何在小空间的用地之上满足甲方不同的商业空间需求是本案重点。
The project is located at the gate of a residential area, surrounded by mostly convenience store. The original site is a deserted shop, which has no vitality. The project aims to create a combination of coffee shop and design studio. The client wanted the studio to be open and inclusive, breaking the privacy of the studio space. Different from the traditional design studio, the combination of the two has a more interesting linkage, where customers can enjoy the design services in a more casual way. How to meet customers’ different commercial space needs in a small space is the focus of this case.
我们希望营造一个沉浸式的慢空间，同时又可以给这社区注入一个活力聚集地。建筑外观整体采用纯净的白色与简洁的空间构成进行组合，与周边无序的城市环境形成对比。由于场地本身夹在周边住宅楼之间，其环境中的尺度关系不够友好，因此将门面升高至二层高度；为了增加视觉体验并为室内提供充足的自然光，在一层设置了三个简洁的落地玻璃窗。
We hope to create an immersive space and inject vitality into the community. The appearance of the building is composed of pure white and simple spatial composition，which contrasts with the surrounding disorderly urban environment. As the site itself is sandwiched between surrounding residential buildings, the scale relationship in its environment is not friendly enough, so the facade is raised to the height of the second floor.In order to increase the visual experience and provide sufficient natural light for the interior, three French windows are set up along the street on the first floor.
在原建筑结构不改变的前提下，入口处升起半开放区域作为过渡空间将咖啡厅内部与外部城市空间隔离开。空间内部局部下挖，增加夹层部分，打造层次较为明显的错落空间，在满足不同功能需求同时增加顾客的体验感，对外敞开的过度空间是对社区友好呈现，遇到坏天气即便店内不营业也可以庇护行人。
On the premise that the original building structure remains unchanged, the semi open area raised at the entrance is a transitional space that separates the interior of the coffee shop from the external urban space.The interior of the space is partially excavated, and the mezzanine section is added to create a well-arranged space with obvious layers, which can meet different functional needs and increase the experience of customers. The excessive space open to the outside is a friendly attitude to the community, and it can shelter pedestrians even if the store is closed in bad weather.
内部空间序列由入口门厅的休闲空间——局部休闲的下沉空间——可办公的夹层空间组成，将原有的小面积通过路径的方式延申，并串联起各独立区域形成一个有机的整体。
The internal space sequence consists of a leisure space in the entrance hall — a sunken space for local leisure — a mezzanine space for office, extending the original small area through paths and connecting each independent area to form an organic whole.
