位于圣保罗北部的一个住宅区，Casa Alegre是为一个家庭规划的：一对夫妇，一个女儿和一个即将出生的婴儿。该住宅被命名为Casa Alegre，通过整个项目所采用的颜色、纹理和材料来创造气氛，其灵感来自于它所在的社区名称–Jardim Monte Alegre。项目方是根据土地的挑战和客户的需求来确定的，其中之一就是这是一项具有最佳成本效益的工作。

Located in a residential neighborhood in the north of São Paulo, Casa Alegre was planned for a family: a couple, a daughter and a baby on the way. Named Casa Alegre, the residence creates atmospheres through the colors, textures and materials adopted throughout the project, inspired by the name of the neighborhood where it is located, Jardim Monte Alegre. The project’s party was established according to the challenges of the terrain and the client’s needs, one of them being that it should be a work with the best cost-benefit.

这块地的正面是5米，凹凸不平的地方大约是6.5米，实施150平方米的住宅是为了不做大的土方运动，适合周围环境的尺度，也避免了侧面邻居的大屋檐。为此，房子被分为三层，底层是住宅的入口和儿童的私人区域，下层是社交区域，上层是夫妇的私人区域和一个阳台。除了这些，它还有一个中庭作为衔接器，这有助于环境的日照。

With a plot of land with a front of 5 meters and an unevenness of approximately 6.5 meters, the implementation of the 150 m² residence was thought in order to avoid large movements of earth and adapt to the size of the surroundings, also avoiding the large gables of the side neighbors. For this, the house was divided in 3 floors, being the first floor the entrance to the residence and the children’s private area, the lower floor the social area, and the upper floor the couple’s private area and a veranda. Besides these, there is an atrium, which helps in the insulation of the rooms.

住宅的入口是由无盖的车库和一个门面组成的，它的特点是存在泄漏的元素，即Cobogó Sol。为了确保居民的隐私，住宅的窗户被转向土地的背面（西北面），因此，入口（东南面）的位置安装了动态分页的泄漏元件，确保了所需的隐私，并允许通风和照明通过位于低层的环境。该住宅由位于一楼的入口大厅组织实施。氛围，以宽阔的方式规划，有线照明，烧焦的水泥地板，俯瞰中庭，负责通过楼梯进入下层，到同一层的儿童卧室，以灰色大厅为标志，以及到夫妻套房，通过蓝色楼梯进入。

The entrance of the residence is made from the uncovered garage and a facade marked by the presence of the leaked element, the Cobogó Sol. In order to guarantee the privacy of the residents, the windows of the residence were turned to the back of the land (northwest face), so that the entrance (southeast face) is positioned with leaked elements installed with a dynamic pagination, guaranteeing the desired privacy and allowing the passage of ventilation and lighting to the environments located on the lower floor. The residence is organized from the entrance hall, located on the first floor. The ambiance, planned in a broad way, with wired lighting, burnt cement floor, and overlooking the atrium, is responsible for granting access to the lower floor, through the stairway, to the children’s bedrooms, on the same floor, marked by the gray hall, and to the couple’s suite, with access through the blue stairway.

下层由餐厅和客厅组成，与厨房融为一体，唯一的区别是地板的变化，前两层是花岗岩，厨房是芥末色的水力砖，由办公室设计。除了这些，还有从起居室进入的后院，厕所和洗衣房，它有一个从厨房进入的中庭作为支撑。除了作为一个支持环境，中庭还负责保证厨房和服务区的照明和通风。通过10×10瓷砖的涂层和彩色灌浆（陶瓷色），与Cobogó Sol对话，中庭创造了一个愉快和舒适的氛围。

The lower floor consists of the dining and living rooms, integrated to the kitchen, with the only difference being the change in flooring, the first two in granilite and the kitchen in mustard colored hydraulic tile, designed by the office. Besides these, there is also the backyard, accessed from the living room, the restroom, and the laundry room, supported by the atrium, accessed from the kitchen. Besides being a support environment, the atrium is responsible for guaranteeing the lighting and ventilation of the kitchen and service area. With a coating of 10×10 tiles and colored grout (ceramic color), in dialogue with the Cobogó Sol, the atrium creates a pleasant and cozy atmosphere.

通往上层的蓝色楼梯，除了是一个通道外，使用这种颜色是指天空，因为这个地方有一个天顶窗，有助于照明和观察星星。除了可以进入夫妻套房外，它还可以通向上层阳台，从那里可以看到周围环境的优越性。

The blue stairway, which gives access to the upper floor, besides being a passage, the use of the color refers to the sky, since the place has a zenith window that helps with the lighting and allows the observation of the stars. Besides granting access to the couple’s suite, it also leads to the upper balcony, from where it is possible to have a privileged view of the surroundings.
