The renovation of this house in Campinas, Brazil, began by understanding the personality of the client who had chosen to purchase this residence that had separate rooms and fragmented spaces.
建筑面积约为225平方米，干预措施从拆除和重组空间开始，消解碎片化的空间，优先考虑自然采光和通风。被拆除的区域允许给人一种统一的感觉和视觉上的联系的空间。地面上的方案安排了一个客厅和餐厅、厨房、小办公室、厕所和一个庭院花园。卧室位于一楼。
With approximately 225 square meters of built area, the intervention began with the demolition and reorganization of spaces, dissolving the fragmentation to give priority to natural light and ventilation. The demolished areas allowed to give a sense of unity and visual connection to the spaces. The program at ground level was organized with living and dining room, kitchen, small office, services and a courtyard garden. The bedrooms are located on the second floor.
综合生活区也是一个灵活的设计空间，可以从一个简单的休息区修改为一个电影放映室。所用的简单材料，如混凝土、钢和木头，也支持了家庭的艺术收藏和古董物品。厨房的天花板是唯一使用的特殊材料，是由穿孔钢板制成的。
The integrated living area is also a flexible design space that can be modified from a simple lounge area to a movie screening room. The materials used are simple, such as concrete, steel and wood, they also support the art collection and the antique objects that the family owns. The kitchen ceiling is the only special material used and is made of perforated steel sheets.
