住户是一对年轻夫妇，他们想要一个舒适的空间来接待家人和朋友。这所房子是他们中的一个人童年时的家，所以对装修有很大的兴趣和依恋。主要的挑战是如何将被用作牙医办公室的空间改造成住宅。

The residents are a young couple who wanted a comfortable space to host family and friends. The house was the childhood home of one of them, so there was a great interest and attachment for the renovation. The main challenge was to transform the space that was being used as a dentist’s office into a residence.

为此，整个建筑进行了调整。在一楼，也就是原来接待处的地方，建了一个厕所。走廊已经被改造成了一个服务区。其中一个服务室成为厨房，有一张大的L形桌子，与岛相连，并通往后院，在那里建立了烧烤区。在办公室的位置上，设计了一个游戏室，旧的厨房和服务区为新的社会浴室提供了空间。

For this, the whole construction was adapted. On the first floor, where the old reception was, a restroom was built. The corridor was transformed into a service area. One of the reception rooms became the kitchen with a large L-shaped table, connected to the island, and access to the back yard, where the barbecue area was created. In place of the office, a playroom was designed, and the old kitchen and service area gave space to the new social bathroom.

车库和烧烤区都赢得了玻璃屋顶，并有金属和木质结构。外面仍有一个开放的空间，有草坪和圆桌，还有一个集成在烧烤架的长凳。

Both the garage and the barbecue area received a glass roof, with a metallic and wooden structure. Outside, there is also an open area with a lawn and a round table, as well as a bench integrated with the barbecue area.

在客厅里，亮点是白砖的鱼鳞状涂层墙，沙发后面和天花板上的照明设备。同样的细节在厨房中重复出现，在视觉上将两个环境融为一体。在厨房里，除了可容纳8人的L型餐桌外，还有黑色的岛，直到通向外部区域的玻璃门才成为一件家具，以及带有黑色壁龛的水槽台面，与白色橱柜和后面的木质板条瓷片形成对比。对于橱柜，办公室在细木工中找到了一个解决方案，以储存所有的器皿，并且，在其上有一个嵌入花岗岩台面的水箱。

In the living room, the highlights are the wall with white brick fish scale lining, behind the sofa and the lighting in the ceiling. The same details are repeated in the kitchen, visually integrating the two environments. In the kitchen, besides the L-shaped table for 8 people, there is the black island, which becomes a piece of furniture until the glass door to the outside area, and the sink countertop with a black niche, contrasting with the white cabinets and the wooden slatted porcelain tile in the background. For the cabinetry, the office found a solution in cabinetry, to store all utensils and, above it, a tank embedded in a granite countertop.

沿着积雪草木的楼梯上到上层是卧室。通往卧室的走廊上的空间被利用起来，有一个带壁龛的装饰书柜，旁边还有一个衣柜和一个鞋柜。在客人的卧室里建了一个新的浴室，用赤土色的水力砖和带锁扣通道的镜子。关于客房，值得一提的是穿孔的灰色面板，它允许架子和装饰品的移动，以及我们用陶土布做的床罩，使其看起来像沙发。

Up the stairs in cumaru wood to the upper floor are the bedrooms. The space in the hallway leading to the bedrooms was used with a decorative bookcase with niches and, next to it, a closet and shoe closet, inside closets. A new bathroom was made in the guest room, with terracotta hydraulic tile and a mirror with a locksmith channel. About the guest room, it is worth mentioning the gray perforated panel, which allows the mobility of shelves and decorative objects and the bed that we made the cover in terracotta fabric to give the appearance of a sofa.

在这对夫妇的卧室里，突出了镜面橱柜，在石膏中的凹槽细节，创造出烧焦的水泥门廊，让人进入阳台，但也整合了工作台，掩盖了通往浴室的门，在盒子的墙壁上有液压灰色的瓷砖，白色的石英凳颜色。

Already in the couple’s bedroom, highlight for the mirrored cabinets, with detail of the recess in the plaster to create the portico in burnt cement that gives access to the balcony, but also integrates the workbench and disguise the access door to the bathroom, which has hydraulic gray tile on the walls of the box and white quartz bench.

阳台上，黑色的金属制品栏杆和一墙的防腐植物，那里是带冰箱和咖啡机的家具。在对面的墙上，使用了与房子外墙相同的砖块覆盖，是带壁龛的长凳，可以放书，还有一张圆桌，可以放咖啡，也可以为夫妻俩提供更亲密和浪漫的用餐。

On the balcony, black metalwork railings and a wall of preserved plants, where is the furniture with the minibar and coffee maker. On the opposite wall, where the same brick coating was used as on the front of the house, is the bench with a niche for books and a round table for coffee and more intimate and romantic meals for the couple.
