为了尽量减少房屋与周边土地之间的空隙,最大限度地利用室内空间,同时也符合消防规定,房屋的结构为RC结构。

三楼是带卫生间的卫生空间,虽然是开放式的,但可以保护周围的视野,楼梯可以通向屋顶,可以看到整个城市的景色。
