Simple intervention, but with great impact. An incredible family invited us to develop the project and the work of their 100m² apartment in the Pompéia neighborhood. An old apartment, simple building, with only a friendly doorman at the entrance and commerce on the first floor.
作为建筑设计，我们选择了：1，将以前被一堵墙隔开的客厅和厨房整合在一起，这样，这两个已经有良好尺寸的环境都获得了亮度和幅度。2，将闲置的老女仆的卧室改造成服务区，并将服务区改造成通往厨房的阳台，从而确保良好的自然照明和通风。这个阳台带来了一个新的事实，除了在公寓中插入绿色韧皮的可能性。3，用一个更非正式、更轻松的服务性厕所代替，几乎像一个酒吧。4、维修贴身的部分，我们只换了覆盖物，并在电气和水暖方面做了必要的维修。
1, Integrate the living room and kitchen, previously separated by a wall, so both environments that already had good dimensions gained in luminosity and amplitude. 2, Transform the old maid’s bedroom, which was unused, into a service area and the service area into a balcony for the kitchen, thus ensuring good natural lighting and ventilation. This balcony brought a new fact, besides the possibility of inserting green bastate in the apartment. 3, Replacement of the service bathroom by a more informal and relaxed restroom, almost like a bar. 4, Maintenance of the intimate part, we only changed the coverings and did the necessary repairs in electric and hydraulic.

The chosen finishings are simple and elegant. Wood floor and white paint in the living rooms and bedrooms, pink hydraulic tile in the kitchen, veranda and toilet, tiles in 10×10 cm format in the kitchen and service area, and ceramic tiles on the floors and walls of the bathrooms.
细木工板采用裸露的船用胶合板和白色层压板。对于客厅，由于书和物品的数量，我们用架子来支撑书架。家具很朴素，与公寓其他地方的颜色和质地一致。
The cabinetry is in exposed marine plywood and white laminate. For the living room, because of the quantity of books and objects, we used racks to support the shelves. The furniture is sober and follows the colors and textures of the rest of the apartment.
