该项目是对大楼1楼约27㎡的空间和外部小空间的改造计划，距离JR滨松站步行距离。它是一个私人温泉和一个出租工作室的空间。在业主的温泉沙龙的同时，需要一个可以作为租赁空间的地方，比如说在有限的时间内开一个商店或者销售小商品。
The project is the renovation plan for a space of about 27㎡on the 1st floor of the building and outside small space within walking distance from JR Hamamatsu Station. It is a private spa and a rental studio space. At the same time as the owner’s spa salon, there was a need for a place that could be used as a rental space, such as opening a shop for a limited time or selling small items.
作为空间的形象，我认为一个具有悠闲气氛的地方，在外部和内部空间之间没有明显的界限就好了。它原本是一个租户空间，天花板、墙壁和地板都是用石膏板或乙烯基布装饰。
As an image of the space, I thought that a place with a laid-back atmosphere that does not have a clear boundary between the outside and the inside space would be good. It was originally a tenant space where the ceiling, walls, and floor were finished with gypsum board or vinyl cloth.
为了保证天花板的高度，天花板被拆到了混凝土骨架上，而直接贴在被骨架和砂浆挤压的墙上的乙烯基布被粗暴地剥落，使骨架和砂浆半呈现。这种情况旨在以下，而不是完整的版本，完成的感觉是在做一个建筑的过程中。
The ceiling was removed to the concrete skeleton to secure the ceiling height, and the vinyl cloth that was directly attached to the wall that had been squeezed by the skeleton and mortar was roughly peeled off to make the skeleton and mortar half-represented. This situation aimed at the following that rather than the complete version, the finish feels like it is in the process of making an architecture.
然后在租户的内部，只有一面面向公路的墙，在宽阔的天空下，火车从头顶驶过，这面墙用薄薄的铝板装饰，外面的外观反映在铝板上，这样你就可以享受到外面的日常过渡。我们还计划通过安排窗帘和大大小小的植物来柔和地控制内部空间的使用方式。
And then in inside of the tenant, only one wall facing the road where the train runs overhead under a wide sky are finished with a thin plate of aluminum , and the appearance of the outside is reflected in the aluminum so that you can enjoy the daily transition of outside. We also planned to softly control for inside space how the space is used by arranging curtains and large and small plants.
在地面装饰的一部分，我们计划用砂浆和涂料铺设一条小路，连接室内租户空间和外部停车空间，目的是创造一个可以持续享受户外和室内的空间。
For a part of the finishing of the floor, we planned a small road that connects the indoor tenant space and the external parking space by using mortar and paint for road pavement, aiming to create a space where you can enjoy the outdoors and the interior continuously.
