Designed in 1965 by the Forte Gandolfi office, the house, located at Praia Mansa de Caiobá, became a highlight on the Paraná coast. The residence was built on a large structure supported on the rocks by the sea, which sustain two porticos that, in turn, suspend the roof slab.
55年后，该办公室是目前业主的选择，为了使房屋现代化，开发了改造项目。
After 55 years, the Office was the current owner’s choice to develop the Retrofit project in order to modernize the house.

Preserving the architecture in its waterfront landscape, the executed wooden brise panels, the minimalist window frames, and the extra clear glass railing were important to value the presence of the view: the sea. The interior design integrating all the spaces was revitalized by the cabinetry, enhanced by works of art, and lighting fixtures. The lightness of white was maintained in the interior design, and followed by the kitchen and the all-white countertops, as well as the coverings.
Eternalizing the residence as The House of Stone.
