This residence is a 1960’s house designed by the architect Clovis Thompson de Carvalho, our desire was to make a project that kept the original traces of the construction but gave a new face, revisited and lighter to the environments. We opted to maintain the house and the existing landscaping, keeping its original characteristics. The original handmade tile floor was restored, as well as the exposed brick of the fireplace and frames.
为了带来更年轻、更轻松的气氛，整个社交区的天花板，包括厕所和所有窗框都被珊瑚漆漆成了淡蓝色。其他东西都保持白色，以与地板的土黄色形成对比。因为天花板上没有照明点，所有的灯具都是落地灯、壁灯和台灯，在晚上的时候，气候非常舒适。白天，自然光很充足。
To bring in a younger and lighter mood, the ceiling of the entire social area, including the bathroom, and all the window and door frames were painted Pale Blue by Tintas Coral. Everything else was kept white to contrast with the earthy orange of the floor. Because there are no lighting points on the ceiling, all the fixtures are floor, wall and table lamps and leave a very cozy atmosphere at night. During the day, natural light is abundant.
支持厨房的储藏室完全被漆成了蓝色。为了给烤面包机和咖啡机等日常用品提供一个支持区域，安装了专门为该空间开发的实心松木架。餐桌是一个传家宝，来自家庭的农场，而收到新面料的椅子来自居民的老房子。
The pantry supporting the kitchen was entirely painted blue. To have a support area for everyday appliances such as the toaster and coffee machine, solid pine shelves were installed specially developed for the space. The dining table is an heirloom and came from the family’s farm, and the chairs, which received a new fabric, came from the residents’ old house.
由办公室设计的绿色旗帜色调的大餐具柜起到了支撑餐厅和客厅的作用。餐厅的亮点是设计师费尔南多-耶格尔的莲花桌。所有的家具和手工艺品都来自巴西设计师和艺术家。
The large sideboard in a green flag tone designed by the office serves to support the dining and living room. The highlight of the dining room is the Lotus table by designer Fernando Jaeger. All the furniture and handicraft objects are from Brazilian designers and artists.
